Zero-leak tolerance
Coolant above live electronics leaves no acceptable leak rate. Custom assemblies are 100% helium leak tested before packing.
Industries / AI Data Centers
Secondary-side loop networks, rack manifolds and CDU blocks engineered for facilities where a single drip can take a rack offline.

Application requirements
The pipework is specified by the failure modes it has to prevent, not by a catalogue part number.
Coolant above live electronics leaves no acceptable leak rate. Custom assemblies are 100% helium leak tested before packing.
Flow rates, connection types and isolation points must match the CDU vendor's and the rack integrator's drawings exactly.
Prefabricated, labelled spools reduce hot work and pressure testing inside a live white space.
Material, coolant chemistry and joint method are reviewed together so the loop stays tight through thermal cycling.
Where our piping fits
Complete loops are engineered to your P&ID or CAD package; these are the building blocks we fabricate in-house.
Distribution and collection blocks built to the CDU flow and isolation scheme.
Multi-branch stainless headers with custom port count and pitch.
Prefabricated spools for IDC secondary-side distribution runs.
Typical configuration
The table below describes the parameters we normally agree at engineering review. Nothing here is a fixed catalogue SKU - final values follow your drawing, coolant and acceptance criteria.
Project references on this site are de-identified at the owner's request. No client names, logos or identifiable site photography are published.
| Material | AISI 304 / 316L seamless stainless; coolant compatibility reviewed per project |
|---|---|
| Interfaces | Flanged, pressed, threaded or welded to customer drawing |
| Testing | 100% helium leak test, hydraulic pressure test, dimensional check |
| Documentation | MTC 3.1, test records, packed for export with part identification |
| Engagement | Engineering sample first, then batch production; MOQ and lead time quoted per drawing |
Delivery
One engineering team owns the loop from manufacturability review through to the leak-test record.

Short answers grounded in what we actually fabricate and test.
Yes. We fabricate stainless distribution and collection headers, rack-level manifolds and secondary-side spools to the approved drawing, including port pitch, connection type and surface treatment.
Custom assemblies receive a helium leak test and a hydraulic pressure test, with the results attached to the shipment. The numeric acceptance limit belongs in your project specification rather than in a universal public figure.
Prefabricated, labelled spools reduce hot work and pressure testing inside the live hall. Branch positions and isolation points are fixed at engineering review against the CDU and rack envelope.
